With Human One HQ based in West End London, the agency works closely and communicates effectively with their clients to work towards a common goal. This ensures growth, not only in supply but in the relationship between supplier and client.

The challenge

With the business growing and moving rapidly, Human One was reliant upon memory, paper-based records and spreadsheets that were costing money and time.

It was crucial that the business moved forward with a more streamlined, efficient process, with the thousands of documents they keep record of for candidates, organised and held in one central location.

Human One’s objective was to continue to meet client standards of compliance, Right to Work, AWR tracking – and to continue providing a simple, fast and efficient service of supplying staff and meeting deadlines and demands.

The solution

Soon after beginning a search for the perfect recruitment software solution, Human One discovered Flo in March 2015.

They had a shortlist of software providers, but Flo was chosen due to the fact it demonstrated a simple, easy to use system and Human One loved the design. Another element that set Flo apart was the offering of AWR tracking – something Human One had not been offered by any other provider.

Since partnering with Flo Software, Human One has been successful in meeting their objectives and the software solution continues to add value to their client offering. Now using the cloud-based system to record candidate compliance, Right to Work, AWR documents and progression, Flo is simple to use and easy to access, with information available at the business’ fingertips and just a few clicks away.

The implementation process started very soon after Human One signed the contract. Ryan and Emma from the Flo team visited Human One HQ to meet the team and discuss their needs and the steps going forward. The training took place a week after this, with Emma spending time with each user, ensuring that they were happy and comfortable using the system.

Next steps

Nearly ten months since implementation, alongside representatives from Flo, Human One is in the process to develop additional features to their system. These new functionalities will aim to further reduce the time that Human One spends on invoicing and back office administration.

Flo Software is working closely with Human One to provide continued added value and ongoing training and support when required, while also being committed to monitoring compliance.
